1. Who We Are
Cabin Cruiser is an independent cruise intelligence and cabin discovery platform operated by Airtists Creative. Cabin Cruiser is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by any cruise line, travel agency, booking platform, port authority, ship operator, or third-party travel provider.
For partner, affiliate, privacy, payout, listing, or commercial participation questions, contact:

2. Commercial Participants
For purposes of this policy, “Commercial Participants” means partners, affiliates, advertisers, sponsors, service providers, referral partners, listed businesses, creators, promotional partners, commercial collaborators, and other third parties who apply to participate in Cabin Cruiser’s commercial programs.
This term is used broadly for legal and operational clarity. It does not mean every participant has the same relationship with Cabin Cruiser, is approved for the same programs, or is entitled to the same benefits, placement, visibility, tracking, or payout rights.
3. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy may apply to Commercial Participants including, but not limited to:
- Port partners, local experience partners, hospitality partners, and listed businesses.
- Affiliate partners, referral partners, promotional partners, sponsors, and advertisers.
- Tour operators, excursion providers, transportation providers, port-area businesses, and destination services.
- Creators, media partners, commercial collaborators, and approved promotional participants.
- Any person or company submitting business information for possible listing, promotion, referral, payout, or partnership consideration.
4. Application and Approval
Submitting partner, affiliate, listing, or commercial information does not guarantee approval, listing, promotion, placement, access, payout eligibility, or continued participation. Cabin Cruiser may review, approve, reject, suspend, remove, or limit any Commercial Participant, listing, offer, promotion, tracking code, campaign, or account at its discretion.
Cabin Cruiser may require additional verification before approving participation. This may include business identity, contact details, service area, tax information, payment details, licensing, insurance, compliance records, quality review, or other information reasonably needed to evaluate participation.
5. Commercial Participant Responsibilities
Commercial Participants are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the information, services, products, promotions, and offers they provide. By submitting information to Cabin Cruiser, you confirm that you have the authority to provide that information and participate on behalf of the listed business, entity, brand, or individual.
- You must provide accurate business, contact, payout, tax, and service information.
- You must promptly update Cabin Cruiser if your information changes.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing rules, tax obligations, consumer protection rules, and platform policies.
- You must not submit misleading, false, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful content.
- You must not imply that Cabin Cruiser, a cruise line, port authority, ship operator, or travel provider endorses you unless written authorization has been provided.
6. Listings, Promotions, and Commercial Placements
Cabin Cruiser may display partner listings, affiliate links, sponsorships, featured placements, promotional content, port-area recommendations, destination information, or commercial participant information. Placement, ranking, visibility, and display format may vary based on product design, user preferences, region, cruise context, commercial arrangements, quality signals, safety considerations, and internal review.
Cabin Cruiser may label certain content as sponsored, promoted, affiliate, partner, featured, commercial, or similar wording where required or appropriate.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Cabin Cruiser does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, bookings, leads, purchases, revenue, conversion rates, ranking position, search placement, user engagement, or payout amounts. Results may vary based on market conditions, user behavior, cruise schedules, seasonality, destination demand, app usage, product design, and other factors outside Cabin Cruiser’s control.
8. Affiliate and Referral Tracking
Cabin Cruiser may use referral links, tracking codes, campaign IDs, affiliate IDs, cookies, app identifiers, QR codes, landing pages, or other attribution methods to track referrals, leads, signups, purchases, bookings, claims, or other qualifying actions.
Tracking may not always be perfect. Cabin Cruiser is not responsible for missed attribution caused by browser settings, device restrictions, privacy tools, ad blockers, cookie blocking, user behavior, platform limitations, expired links, incorrect tracking codes, third-party system issues, or technical errors outside our reasonable control.
9. Payout Eligibility
Payouts, commissions, referral fees, revenue shares, credits, promotional credits, or other compensation are only available where a written payout arrangement, affiliate agreement, partner agreement, campaign agreement, or platform-approved program applies.
No Commercial Participant is entitled to payment unless Cabin Cruiser has expressly approved the payout terms in writing or through an official Cabin Cruiser platform process.
Cabin Cruiser may withhold, delay, adjust, reverse, or deny payouts in cases involving fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, invalid leads, policy violations, incomplete tax or payment information, suspicious activity, or failure to meet program requirements.
10. Payout Timing and Method
Payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, currencies, payment methods, tax documentation, and processing fees may vary by program, country, payment provider, and commercial agreement. Unless separate written terms state otherwise, payout schedules are not guaranteed and may be subject to review, reconciliation, fraud checks, refund windows, and third-party payment processing timelines.
Commercial Participants are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any taxes, fees, reporting obligations, or regulatory requirements associated with payments they receive.
11. Commercial Participant Privacy
Cabin Cruiser may collect and process business and contact information from Commercial Participants, including business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, service category, business type, location, port or destination served, promotional details, payout information, tax-related information, and communications with Cabin Cruiser.
We may use this information to review applications, manage listings, contact participants, evaluate partnerships, process payouts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve our platform, and operate commercial programs.
12. Sharing Commercial Participant Information
Cabin Cruiser may share Commercial Participant information in limited circumstances, including:
- With service providers who help operate hosting, forms, databases, analytics, email, security, payments, or support.
- With payment processors, tax systems, fraud prevention tools, or compliance providers where needed.
- With users where information is intended to appear in a listing, promotion, offer, recommendation, or partner placement.
- With legal, regulatory, or enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
13. Content, Images, Marks, and Permissions
By submitting logos, images, descriptions, offers, business names, trademarks, service descriptions, promotional materials, or other content, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to provide that content to Cabin Cruiser.
You grant Cabin Cruiser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, format, publish, distribute, and promote submitted content in connection with Cabin Cruiser’s website, app, listings, promotional materials, emails, social channels, commercial programs, and related services.
Cabin Cruiser may edit, format, crop, resize, reject, remove, or refuse content that does not meet our quality, safety, legal, brand, or platform standards.
14. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Commercial Participants may not submit or promote content, products, services, or conduct that is:
- False, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
- Unsafe, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or abusive.
- Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- In violation of cruise line rules, port rules, platform policies, consumer protection laws, or advertising standards.
- Related to scams, illegal activity, unauthorized ticketing, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized impersonation.
- Likely to harm Cabin Cruiser’s users, reputation, systems, partners, commercial programs, or platform integrity.
15. Compliance, Taxes, and Legal Obligations
Commercial Participants are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance requirements, consumer protection rules, advertising rules, data protection laws, and other obligations that apply to their business, services, products, promotions, and payments.
Cabin Cruiser does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, travel, licensing, or regulatory advice.
16. Relationship Between the Parties
Participation as a Commercial Participant does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, exclusive, partnership-in-law, or ownership relationship with Cabin Cruiser. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, each party acts as an independent party.
Use of words such as “partner,” “affiliate,” “sponsor,” “featured,” or “participant” is for product, marketing, and program description only and does not create a legal partnership, agency relationship, or authority to bind Cabin Cruiser.
17. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
Cabin Cruiser may suspend, remove, restrict, or terminate any Commercial Participant, listing, promotion, tracking code, payout eligibility, commercial placement, or program participation at any time if we believe there is a policy violation, legal risk, user safety concern, reputational concern, technical issue, fraud risk, or business reason to do so.
18. Disclaimers
Cabin Cruiser provides partner, affiliate, listing, promotional, referral, tracking, payout, and commercial participation systems on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Cabin Cruiser does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free tracking, specific commercial outcomes, payment processor availability, listing performance, or continued access to any commercial program.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabin Cruiser and Airtists Creative are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from partner, affiliate, sponsor, listing, promotion, referral, tracking, payout, or commercial participation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
20. Changes to This Policy
Cabin Cruiser may update this Partner & Affiliate Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued participation after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
